Information provided to us, including your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and financial information, is stored on our password protected services and can be accessed only by authorized staff. We will never sell or distribute your information to a third party other than those directly related to the Foundation's work and those that are listed below.

Donor Listings:
In recognition of the generosity of our supporters, the Foundation publishes listings of donors in giving levels. These lists are printed in the Foundation's annual reports, newsletters, dinner journals, and website.
Donors may choose to remain anonymous in these listings. If you wish to remain anonymous or unlisted, please indicate at the time of your donation that you would like your name masked. You can also contact us at development@cbwchc.org to change your privacy preferences.

The Foundation's website provides links to other websites as a resource for donors who are interested in learning more about philanthropy and the Asian American community. Information shared o websites outside the chinatownthealth.org domain is not subject to policies outlined here. We strongly suggest reviewing the privacy information of other websites.

Newsletters, e-Letters, and Other Mailings:
The Foundation occasionally contacts friends and supporters through postal and electronic mailings. The Foundation may contact other companies to provide limited services on our behalf (ie: sending postal mail; processing event registration). We will only provide these companies with the information they need to provide these services.
If you do not wish to receive any mailings, please contact us at development@cbwchc.org. Your information will remain on file with us, but will not be used to contact you via mail or email. Please specify any alternate means of contacting you.
